Candidate must have a positive attitude, be motivated, and organized. Previous administrative experience required. Will be setting appointments (trying to get clients to come in and update portfolio), ordering supplies, answering phones, greeting clients, sending out marketing materials and following up, contacting clients, composing correspondence, plus other general office duties. Must have good computer skills — experience with email, word, and excel.
