Food & Beverage Learnership Programme
Sun International invites applications for Learnership opportunities which are based at the Windmill Casino & Entertainment Centre in Free State Province. Windmill casino will be running a Learnership Programme (NQF level 4) for 9 Learners in the Food & Beverage Department for a period of 18 months. Sun International develops, invests in and manages properties in the gaming and hospitality industry.
Requirements
- Matric (Hospitality as a subject will advantageous)
- Above average communication Skills
- Self-motivated and Reliable
- Integrity and honesty
- People orientated
Skills and Knowledge
- Adaptability
- Attention to detail
- Confidence and an outgoing personality are a must
- High level of concentration
- Must be a well groomed individual
Key Performance Areas:
- The learnership entails on the-job and off -the -job training in the Food Beverage
- Perform day to day Food and beverage department duties under supervision ,while doing on the job training
- Identifying cheating and suspicious Activities
- To create an environment that enhances excellent customer service
- Windmill Casino’s values and culture are practises
- Security of tables operation
- Successful Candidates will be given a monthly allowance
