Minimum requirements:

  • Matric/Grade 12
  • National Certificate Marketing Communications NQF Level 5
  • 3-5 years customer relations and relevant marketing experience (exposure in the gaming environment preferable
  • Planning & Organizing skills
  • Communication skills
  • Coaching skills

Key Performance Areas:

Promotions and Gaming Events Plan:

  • Recommendations include thorough analysis of current trends
  • Aligned to unit / group / regional strategies
  • Implementation achieves organizational / unit / regional objectives
  • Plan addresses the risks that could prevent the department from achieving strategic objectives
  • Optimal utilization of campaign management solution to achieve results
  • Business plan and promotional calendar elements as per standard template
  • Compliance to legal requirements and legislation
  • Reviewed and up to date to current environment
  • Reflects the attributes of the brand

Customer Relationship Management:

  • CRM plan implementation achieves the objectives
  • Communication maintained as per plan and achieves the objectives
  • Maintain and increase customer base as per target
  • Delivers customers based solutions based on information gleaned through two way communication
  • Customers’ expectations are met or exceeded
  • MVG programme is updated and maintained to respond to customer needs
  • Optimal utilization of CRM systems and solutions to achieve results

Promotions/ Events /Entertainment:

  • On time and within budget as per event parameters
  • Objectives measured and achieved
  • Promotions are innovative (fresh) in approach and implementation
  • Optimal utilization of CRM systems and solutions
  • Alternative plans are made in the event of a crisis that still meet the customer’s requirements
  • Communication of promotions as per Sun International guidelines

Trend Analysis:

  • Monthly as per organizational requirements
  • Content adheres to organizational standards
  • Response / action to trend analysis recommendations adds value to the unit’s objectives
  • Recommendations address the trend analysis and market research results
  • Strategic Internal Relationships
  • Department’s objectives, standards and operating procedures are communicated to internal service providers as per SLA
  • Contact maintained with all stakeholders as per need/ contract
  • Contact time achieves desired outcomes
  • Change management principles achieve the objectives
