Receptionist Wanted
The Management College of Southern Africa (MANCOSA), a DHET registered and CHE accredited higher education distance education provider, has vacancies for a full-time receptionist. The Receptionist will be responsible for providing an excellent customer service by promoting the brand image of the Institution.
Key Functions
- Welcoming visitors and greeting them warmly
- Directing visitors and students to appropriate departments
- Distribution of incoming and outgoing mail
- Receiving, screening and transferring of calls to the relevant person or department
- Taking messages timeously
- Signing and receiving of packages
- Directing and informing incoming personnel
- Operates a paging system for reaching staff
- Provides information or takes messages
Job Requirements:
- 2-3 years Front Desk & Switchboard Experience
- Proficient telephone etiquette and excellent communication skills
- Knowledge of Microsoft packages
- Customer service orientated
- Punctual
- The Ability to multitask
