The Management College of Southern Africa (MANCOSA), a DHET registered and CHE accredited higher education distance education provider, has vacancies for a full-time receptionist. The Receptionist will be responsible for providing an excellent customer service by promoting the brand image of the Institution.

 Key Functions

  • Welcoming visitors and greeting them warmly
  • Directing visitors and students to appropriate departments
  • Distribution of incoming and outgoing mail
  • Receiving, screening and transferring of calls to the relevant person or department
  • Taking messages timeously
  • Signing and receiving of packages
  • Directing and informing incoming personnel
  • Operates a paging system for reaching staff
  • Provides information or takes messages

 Job Requirements:

  • 2-3 years Front Desk & Switchboard Experience
  • Proficient telephone etiquette and excellent communication skills
  • Knowledge of Microsoft packages
  • Customer service orientated
  • Punctual
  • The Ability to multitask
